Caviar made from wild salmon roe KETA from unfrozen raw material according to traditional Russian recipes.
About the product:
The KETA species is characterised by its larger size and stronger egg case. The second most popular type of salmon roe caviar. It is appreciated for its delicate taste and characteristic "crackling" sound when chewed. The size of the eggs is from 5 mm. The colour is light red with a strong orange tint.
Red caviar is rich in easily digestible protein, contains a complex of amino acids and fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, vitamins A, E, D, K, group B, iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium, iodine and lipids.
