Our canned fish contains only premium skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) from the waters around the Maldives. We only use the back of the fillets to ensure that you only ever find quality steak inside. Sunflower oil and salt are carefully selected from vetted suppliers. After production, we leave our tuna to age sufficiently so that its flavour is perfectly balanced.

Sustainable production
