    Arctic char is a popular lower-fat salmon-like fish with a delicate flavour and meat texture reminiscent of a combination of trout and salmon. This delicacy comes from Iceland, where it is raised in natural aquaculture using a unique mix of geothermal and seawater. The fish are fed only a high-quality diet free of growth hormones and other additives, which is clearly reflected in their exceptional taste.
