Delivery takes place between 8:00 and 21:00 (Czech Republic), 12:00 and 21:00 (Slovakia), the courier will inform you of the exact delivery time by SMS the evening before delivery. Requests for delivery within a limited time window (e.g. before 4:00 p.m., after 6:00 p.m., between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., etc.) or a significant change of address must be discussed directly with the dispatch on the morning of the delivery day by calling 773827035 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (the entire delivery system is automated and linked in advance with the delivery times of other customers - not all changes are possible).
