The innards of a carp including the roe, milt, liver and other parts suitable for the preparation of fish soup. The guts are hand cleaned, free of dirt, suitable for immediate processing.
Basic product information
The carp comes from a farm in South Bohemia, specifically the company Štičí líheň Esox, where they have been breeding not only carp, but also many other freshwater fish for more than 70 years and are therefore very confident in their craft. The fish are kept in traditional ponds or tanks with
under controlled conditions and using standard feeds approved by legislation.
